These terms govern your use of Badge Hunter at gotem.gg (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Badge Hunter is a fan-made platform that tracks Roblox badges, completion, and related progression features. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Your account

• You log in using Roblox authentication; you are responsible for your Roblox account.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.
• You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Badge data depends on third-party Roblox APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
